Not in a position to buy him at the moment. No surprise really, transfer fees for us and for most teams at our level are a thing of the past.

I suppose it depends if anyone else wants to pay for him in January.

He doesn't need to sign for them though.

He wants to play for us and I think he will stay on loan and then maybe a deal can be struck in the summer.

I think that's likely. I can't see the likes of Dundee Utd or Aberdeen spending money on him either and I doubt anyone at a higher level would be interested in him.

Doubt anyone in Scotland has a £100k to spend on a player. I don't if wolves are paying some of his wages so someone might come in with a better deal for him

Has Griffiths really done enough to warrant us signing him? I don't think so.

Jury still very much out for me. Another loan deal until the end of the season and if we survive and he improves, then maybe something more permanent can be done. If Wolves want a transfer fee in January then it's no deal.

He is the only player we have at the moment that can create something out of nothing ,granted he has not set the heather alight but id like to see us signing him as i think he will come good .

Would like to see him stay to the summer. I think he's still got a lot to prove to both himself and us but I wouldn't spend £100k on him even if we had it.

I think we need to start having some consistancy, buy him I think he has potential get that fee reduced and give Wolves a % of a sell on, sign him for 3yrs I think he will do well and we can get 2yrs out him and a fee IF all goes well.

If its true about O'Connor signing a Pre-contract with the Huns. Get Griffiths signed in a permanent deal!

I think we should just fill the team with loan signings from the EPL, like garlic bread its the future.

Have a feeling this lad is going to come good, he's probably the only one just now who comes close to offering genuine excitement and getting the fans off their feet. I will personally be really pissed if we miss out on him and Gary leaves. Hopefully, this 'we can't afford a fee' stuff is just clever negotiating by the club.
