23 quid for a 12.30 kick off close to Xmas, live on tv.

They must be having a laugh.

I was meant to be heading up but there's no way I'am paying £50 for a train ticket plus £23 to get in. They can GTF! :aok:

This. No wonder attendances continue to die a death across Scottish Football - £23 to see two teams who are struggling and aren't playing great football at all, with a 240 mile round trip (for most) and requiring to set off early doors to make lunchtime KO, one week before Christmas, when both money and time are precious to most, more-so than usual!

All that said, I'm also curious as to why they don't permit large surfing flags specifically in the away section

Football is no longer about the fans who pay the money to go along on a weekly basis - priced, timed, legislated and stewarded out of the game.

It was in the local rag. They are doing it for the home fans therefore need to do the same for us. Not sure of the age restrictions. Check their web site.

Dons are struggling to get anyone to watch them only 1600 at Saint J v Sheep last night. Less than 6000 will be there on Saturday. We will be lucky to have 300

I find it a bit odd that it specifies that these flags are not allowed in the away end. Surely a rule like this must apply to all areas of the stadium and it must be that these flags are just simply banned from Pittodrie.

We would be charging them a similar amount wouldn't we? And they would still take more down to Edinburgh than we take to Pittodrie.

I would think we do Yes. Absolutely. Doesn't make it any easier to take though and It's enough to put me off on this occasion
