Maybe he was interviewing a new "Head Of Excellence" - who will be managed by his soon to be appointed "Director Of Brilliance" assisted by his "Director of Having Really Good Ways of Selling 3 for 2 Hibs Tops In The Club Shop"

Apparently Celtic & Rangers are looking at copying these ideas by appointing "Director of Being Pure Dead Brilliant Man"

Aye it's real all right.

He was on the same plane as me back from Majorca 3 years ago a day before pre-season was due to start. I thought my tan was good but he looked like a finely polished piece of antique mahogany. I've never seen a white guy such a colour in my life. It was bizarre. I could barely keep my eyes off him. My kids were telling me to "stop staring at the guy with the funny tan".
