Can't help you with that but I know a guy who had Romanov tattooed across both bum cheeks but the "a" and the "n" have faded for some reason.

I think I may have suggested that Stan perhaps had poor cognitive function and an IQ under 70, but it was an assumption based on the evidence in front of me. I am happy to be proved wrong and pleased that Stan does perform a full and valuable role within the community.
