With the amount of publicity surrounding the Sone Aluko dive I would not be surprised if the ref no matter who he is makes mistakes for and against both teams.

If a big decision goes in favour of hibs the old Garry O'Connor dive debacle might reer its ugly head and start a media campaign claiming that all refs are Hibs fans :greengrin

My main memory of Brines was him sending Ivan off ( 2nd yellow ) for bouncing the ball down in frustration. The following week he reffed Pars vs Huns in Cup & a Hun, may have been the Crab, blootered the ball away in frustration. The Hun was already on a yellow so Brines copped out & pretended he didn't see. Pars won anyway, same season they beat us in semi.
He was a complete numpty but I believe has improved in last year or so. Probably prove me completely wrong on Sat!!
