I had a telephone call today from a foreign sounding woman. She said she was from Broadband Support and worked for all the major broadband companies (Virgin, BT, Sky etc etc). She then went on to say that there was a virus on my computer which will corrupt my pc. She wanted me to turn my computer on with a promise that she would clear the viruses for me. Needless to say that I delined her good offer and hung up before she got to the point of asking for my credit cards details. :wink:
