It seems that Vlad has brought the Flumps to the brink and soon every one of their 400,000 fans will be facing a free Saturday afternoon with nowt to do.
I think it's our duty to come up with ideas to help them fill that time otherwise some of teh more sentient might get the idea that the welcome at ER.
#1 - the most simple option. Go to Ibrox. Same vibe, same culture. Won't suit every jambo but many will find a home-from-home there.
#2 - WWI re-enactment society. Given that there is undoubtedly a very low average IQ over Gorgie way this will be right up their street - a chance to wear a uniform, a chance for some of them to order to people around, the bliss in re-enacting over and over and over how Hearts won the War in Europe and saved us all from the Emperor Ming's clutches etc etc. They'd love that in their own Hill-Billy fashion.
#3 - Get involved in local politics, tough one as that particular section of the woodwork is rammed with petty-minded, skiving, corrupt, pauchling Jamboids but there's always rooom at the trough for new hogs.
Any more?
Its' our duty to help our fellow Edinburghers since their rancid institution will soon go pop.
