Looks like Motherwell have cut the entry prices to £10 adults and £5 Kids
Motherwell season ticket holders are doing what we did last season in a free ticket for someone they nominate.

Hopefully get a few more Hibbys through

That's what price all SPL matches should be. Well done Well.

A tenner is about right when you consider the quality of the football right now.

Hibs v Motherwell at Fir Park always seem to be decent games the last few years so i was going anyway. If I'm going to be saving £12 then I'll definitely be there and might be able to tempt a few more along as well.

Is this because it's on TV?

It's not being televised.

I was going to go to the game anyway so such a big reduction in admission prices suits me fine

£9.60 Cheap day return from Hmkt. I'm not 100% sure on this but I don't think you can return via glasgow using that ticket? So you have to get the 10:45 train home going via bellshill. Its a nice wee adventure.

Well done Motherwell and it's not the first time they've reduced the admission prices for the visit of the Mighty Hibees.

Tempted to go along and give the team my support. I've only been to Fir Park about 8 times and I am pleased to say that I have never witnessed us getting beat there.

Take not Rod. :aok:

After the way I was treated the last time I was at Fir Park for the cup game in September, Motherwell can get stuffed.

Absolute dump of a place.

Hibs site still shows £22 entry.

Thought it was an experiment to assess if attendances go up by moving games to Friday.

It would appear they are having to reduce the prices to bring the crowds out on a cold Friday night before Christmas.

At least it's a step in the right direction to making games better value for money.

Would be good if they also started doing it for Saturday 3pm KO's.

It's not completely clear but it does say on the site GATE PRICES REDUCED ACROSS THE GROUND and IIRC they cannot charge away fans more than their own fans. They did the same fairly recently (think it was the 6-6 match) and I only paid £10. Eighty three pence a goal. Now that's what I call value.
