The article states Hibs have a pre math press conference today but no note of who is taking it
Who the hell is this chump?
He needs to shut up and go do something better with his time than professing to speak for us all.

Intersting step if it happens in appointing a foreign manager with no previous link to the club or SPL. Have we done that before? Mixu and Franck were foreign but played with us.
Tony Mowbray?

Scottish, but had played his whole career in England. I don't know if he had coached in Scotland before becoming a manager.

We've only had 4 non-Scots as manager. Our first manager was Irish (who effectively led us to the Scottish Cup although we were still officially run by committee at the time) then there's the one about the Frenchman, the Englishman and the Fin.

Genuinely love the man already. :not worth:not worth
He will eat, sleep and live the managers job at our club. I can't wait for him to start and have every confidence he will turn it all around.

Fenlon is set to be unveiled as Hibernian’s fifth manager in four years today, bringing to a successful conclusion his two-year bid to move from Ireland to the SPL. The 42-year-old Dubliner was last night finalising the details of his switch from Bohemians to Easter Road and, barring any 11th-hour hitches, will be presented as the Edinburgh club’s new boss at lunchtime.

Lets hope he brings his own guys in with him mate. From goalkeeper coach to chief scout, it should be all his should and not the Hibernian board. :agree:

Regarding his time as a youth with Chelsea, Fenlon said, “My height went against me and the new reserve team manager didn’t see eye to eye with me..."

Is it true that each club Pat has been with....they have gone bankrupt?
He is known to spend money that clubs do not have...and jump ship e.g. Bohemians might be going into adminstration next year.....for spending too much on wages.....similar story with Derry City.

Ha ha ha, yeah he's a hypnotist just like Kenny Craig from Little Britain.
He'll meet STF and get him to sign a cheque for £200 million to sign Messi
It makes no difference whatsoever if the board at previous clubs overspent, quite a pointless observation really, certainly in terms of its relevance to the Hibs job, other than he could get frustrated at lack of money, although our budget will still be better than what he had before

All the Irish clubs are in a similar boat right now. Bohemians cut Fenlon's budget from 1.8m euros to 250k euros for last season and despite building a team from scratch they performed creditably.
