I think he might be Hibs Manager one day, although I don't think he's ready for us yet

Doing an excellent job at St Mirren. I'd be happy with him

Seemingly St Mirren are keen to have talks with him to extend his contract on Tuesday, he does have St Mirren in a healthier position than us and has them playing good football.
Don't get me wrong I am not saying he would be my first choice but he is centainly making clubs like our own sit up and take notice of him.
St Mirren getting him in for contract talks makes me wonder if Hibs are sniffing about.
He is certainly doing better than wast Calderwood done with us.

He'd be bonkers to come to us frankly.

If he comes to us. Could he possibly bring McGregor and McLean with him? :dunno:

Once he reflects on how our players refuse to respond to our managers and how our supporters treat them he will quickly realise he would be daft to leave st mirren for us right now.

For your latter point, I don't believe this to be true. I don't think we're any worse than any other set of fans. The level of expectancy isn't entirely unjustified given a) the amount fans pay every week to go and b) the players we've had sold in order for the club to progress. Which it clealy hasn't.

A lot of managers that would fancy the hibs job in the summer, with the chance of new players and a pre-season, may not be so keen to take it on just now.

apologies if it was danny. I tnought it was neil as heard danny had signed an extension. Can breath a sigh of relief that it isn't the wee poisonous one
