Terrible news.

Joes is an Aussie who was no 2 to Mark Schwarzer at the last world cup.

His son was diagnosed with the disease then and he immediately withdrew from the squad and flew home.


There almost was a Hibs connection, as during his time at Middlesbrough, again no 2 to Schwarzer, there was talk that he may come to Hbs on loan, but it didnt eventuate.
