Great 'arry story from his early days in management at Bournemouth. He'd just been there a few weeks and his struggling team had gotten its first win.

"I told the lads, go on and have a good night out. Round up the wives and girlfriends and book in at that nice Italian place round the corner. Push the boat out, spend a bit of cash - you lads really deserve it after today's performance.
