Real Madrid v Osasuna early kick off today at 11am on SS1.

Been watching RM a lot recently and they are playing some great stuff, every bit as good as Barca, they don't have the same possession and are more direct but very effective. In Ronaldo they have a goal scoring machine only slightly bettered by Messi.

Should be worth watching, sometimes watching RM & Barca you think they are playing a different sport to Hibs. :boo hoo:

RM kicking off at this time at home for the first time ever in their history.

Seemingly due to the popularity of RM & Barca in the Asian market and obviously the money their TV companies pay to screen these games.

Because of this we may see RM & Barca kicking off at this time more often in the future, money talks. :agree:

Now 2-1 Madrid, Pepe header, minutes after conceding to a quickly taken free kick when they were not paying attention.

Another Ronaldo hat trick 5-1 with 30 mins left

Seemingly his 12th hat trick for RM, he was only 11/4 to score a HT today.

Celtic just make it 1-1 Stokes

Is that something like 103 goals in 106 games for Ronaldo then?

As much as I can't stand him, that's one very impressive record :agree:

7-1 Real with ten still to go... I read the other day in all comp for real ronaldo has played 105 scored 100, so now its 106 to a 103 scored unbelievable record

Craig Burley is doing my head in, bleating about percieved refereeing injustices. Typical Celtic fan and not suitable for being a neutral commentator.

Mind you the Motherwell guys are pushing their luck don't you think? They're being nippy but he's calling for yellow cards for every challenge. He should give it a rest and concentrate on why his beloved Hoops look so rotten at the moment. The ref isn't costing his team points, its the players and inept angry carrotty dwarf of a manager.

Carig Burley grew up a Rangers fan. Pretty sure his dad runs , or did run, a Rangers Supporters bus.

Al Habsi is single handedly trying to keep him in his job at the moment

Was unfortunate with the second and third goals that none of his defenders helped to bail him out and then made an outstanding save to keep it at 3-1.

Their midfield is utterly non-existent and their defense looks like conceding every time they are under pressure.

Apart from the spectacular goalkeeping, it sounds sadly familiar.

Wenger Mourinhou Guardiola could be in charge and wouldnt save Wigan from the drop, They are honking and WILL be relegated, They can preach all they want about the good football and the manner in which they play the beutiful game, Fact is Wigan are shight and are heading down.

No arguments, but football fans are often too fickle to realise that the blame lies beyond the manager.

A combination of pish players, pish manager and/or pish board-room is always to blame, yet the call immediately comes to axe the manager.

As such, the Wigan board are likely to act and appease the cries of their customers, before the focus turns on them.

Storming finish to Spurs-Fulham game. Two stonewall penalties, one of each side, denied, Fulham having numerous equalizing chances before Defoe's late clincher.
