To get away from the CC out posts I am curious to see what folk think of BB's influence since joining. Has he had any positive effect on the team as hoped or is he just another joker in the pack?

I know Billy thinks the set up at Hibs is fanatastic and the "club is run in the right way"
I have been told he may think the players have a bad not attitude as such but a poor ethic and the overall quality is not good.
If he could pull 7 or 8 players from the PBS he thinks the set is there to easily finish 3rd if not better.
