Don't often post, but wanted to flag up one area of the club that is at least working properly.
Bought two tickets for tomorrow's game for younger brothers on Tuesday. Posted them first class Wednesday but they appear to have gone missing en route.
Phoned the Hibs ticket office 15 minutes ago to chance my arm for re-prints at Celtic's end. No hassle, no tutting - within 5 minutes they'd called back to say that was fine.
Not the most interesting of tales but just wanted to say a public thanks to the staff at the ticket office for sorting that.
