...and what the **** has happened to us?
"The Hibs way of playing" appears well and truly struggling for air, the players show no fight, no team fears us, we're capitulated against the likes of Killie and St Mirren.
A huge amount of fans are now past caring and/or staying away, the fight and passion is being drained from the stand by ridiculous pricing and a crap product.
This isn't the football club I fell in love with 21 years ago, and it's really ****ing depressing.
Having said that, we need to look at working to change the negatives and build on the positives.
I have to say we need major changes at the top. Someone with a football background to pick the managers and someone to make the matchday experience value for money. This will help make spending the afternoon an attractive proposition again.
The work of the 12th man has been brilliant and we all (plus the club!) must do all we can to welcome lost customers back within the Hibernian community.
Basically, the board and the supporters must pull in the same direction to get the feel good back into ER, and it just isn't happening right now.
Get in a team who fight for a win, give the customers value for money and a good experience and the support can do the rest.
