I accept the problem I just think your solution of changing the manager yet again will not make the difference that you hope it will.
But to stick with CC shows that you have some confidence that he can turn it round.
Do you?

Perhaps it wont, but a dog needs thrown a bone now and then. We need to see a spark, something that gives us some hope.
There is nothing, nothing at all, doing nothing surely cant be an option, a new man is a must, but i do share your worry, the new man just has to be the right man this time for all our sakes.

Prioritising the team, is that not just spending more money on players. So your answer is to spend more money.
W currently do spend more than most, yet we are poor. Your man Calderwood couldn't spot a ride in a barrel of phannies, yet if we gave him more money it would all magically be much better. Yet those at the other side of town have been doing this for how long, and remind me just how many trophies they have won compared to us, and how much debt are they in?
Have their crowds been built up on that success of spending all the dosh they dont have, are they playing to sell out crowds and making money?
As much as we'd all like to spend more than we have, we have gone about things right off the park with building the new stand. A team that played as well as Motherwell did on Saturday playing in green and white would have most people happy at hibs, and thats done on a fraction of what you want to spend.
A decent manager is whats needed, not your way of spend spend spend.

I would have Billy Davies as our manager, but it looks like he wants to manage down South.

I like his quote, you dont get enough time to coach players. You get even less when you leave it to your understudies while in england every week. If a Billy Davies side was struggling like us, i get the impression he'd be at the training ground every minute of every day trying his hardest to fix it.

I really would love to know the total number of hours per week CC is working with the first team. How many hours he working on preparation etc down EM. And if it's ok he's got assistants why are we employing him on top dollar?
He's certainly not hurting and it isn't working.

I agree BH, Calderwood does not want to be at Hibs and that has been obvious since pre-season, but Petrie came out and backed CC in that stupid statement with his selective stats that suited his backing of him, if there is no pressure put on Petrie and co to get rid of him then he will stay in his job, the only way to get them to take notice is too voice our anger at the board to get rid of CC on matchday at ER, if wee stay quiet and do nothing, well i dread to think where Hibs will be at the end of the season and what state the club will be in if CC is allowed to stay for that length of time.
He has to go and go now, and Petrie can follow him out the door as well imo.

An obvious question for someone to raise at the next AGM.
It has already been mentioned that CC has delegated Sunday reconnaissance of imminent opponents, due to his long distance domestic arrangements.
Given the time Calderwood has now been in situ, it is not unreasonable to expect a professional football manager to permanently stay in close proximity to his workplace, given the nature of the job.
Personally I cannot see Hibs situation improving while our main liability (aka Rod Petrie) remains, and continues to meddle in aspects of the club that should be carried out by others with expertise in playing side of the game.
Given Petrie's omnipotence at the club which has St Tom's blessing, we'll probably suffer the same fate as the passengers of the SS Titanic did under their captain

Playing devil's advocate here a bit Blackpool BUT Billy Davies side seriously outspent all their promotion rivals, indeed all other clubs, in the Championship yet failed to achieve promotion.
I only point this out given you're previous comments on this thread. :greengrin

He obviously know their's not much cash in the Scottish game, but he'd certainly put a few boots up erses at East Mains.

But there is several major issues 1. there must be no compo. 2 He must be cheap in fact very cheap RP:flag:
