good to hear him mentioning that he is trying to get a winning mentality in the team, something thats been missing for years!

seemed very genuine guy and obviously hurt by being punted at Hearts...get the impression that when he said he wanted to make Hibs best team in Edinburgh some of that hurt is the motivation.

We need to create a winning mentality at this club...I can help to bring that as i've done it before :not worth

Just seen it. I wasn't that optimistic or even happy when he was appointed but he spoke well and i think it is going to be the right move.

Not seen it yet, but got to say it looked like it meant a lot to him to see Hibs performing well when he was in the dug out today. He had a face like thunder when we went 1-3 down, obviously not overly impressed. He was shouting to the players a lot and talked quite a bit with CC, more than I saw between CC and DA last season.

Watched that interview and I am reassured that BB is on board. Says all the right things, looks like he genuinely means them and has delivered in this role before.
