Doesn't really matter if he was injured - the ref would surely have ended the game there and then anyway.

Can't believe that some idiot has chucked something at a linesman during a game, yet it's the linesman who's getting the hard time. :confused:

It's not a toilet roll. Roll from a cash register, something like that, like the Captain says. Painful.

The ref was absolutely right - how does the assistant carry on running the line wondering what's going to hit him next?
