Just watching OGWT from last night on BBC 3. Captain Beefheart, Johnny Winter, Vinegar Joe, Brinsley Schwartz....... Oh to be 14 again.

Now I'm certainly no fan of the pretty-boy pop-stars these days who love a mirror more than the music, but there were sure some ugly mugs on OGWT through the early 70's: Lindisfarne looked like they were on a bad taste night with fright masks on.
