I can accept losses when we at least put up a fight. By all accounts we played ok tonight and kept fighting all the way. I think we would give CC less of a hard time if we gave that amount of effort in every game.

Good players make a difference and ones that can score most of all (imho). I am not getting carried away, though, I remember under Sauzee we had a bit of a run in the league cup but the misery in the league continued unabated.

Sauzee never won a game as manager in the League cup. Only win during his tenure was a Scottish Cup replay win at ER against Stranraer. Sauzee never won a league game.
