When did Yogi get sacked? Talk about a merry-go-round. But lets face facts it's not going to get better...

a 25% win ratio is bad enough at more or less any club, but at a club that SHOULD be challenging for europe every season it is beyond a joke. Dont understand why he is still here :rolleyes:

When did Yogi get sacked? Talk about a merry-go-round. But lets face facts it's not going to get better...

He got sacked in October 2010 after a record of;

P-54
W-19
D-12
L-23
F-82
A-84

Win %-35%

At the time of his departure, we had the following stats from season 2010-11

P-7
W-1
D-2
L-4
F-6
A-12
League position-10th

And out of the League Cup.

We also had just 4 wins from his last 28 matches.

Calderwood's stats in those same areas are;

P-40
W-10
D-8
L-22
F-41
A-61

Win %-25%

We have the following stats this season;

P-7
W-1
D-2
L-4
F-5
A-12
League position-11th

Still in the League Cup.

We've got 8 wins from our last 28 matches.

I cannot understand for the life of me what Calderwood is still doing as the Hibs manager.

:agree: Petrie backed him up during the summer and gave that ridiculous statement to back him up, time for the two of them to go. :agree:

Wel the Guilotine is about to drop RP, serriously what is CCs record compared to BW 2002 Team FH can you help ?

we know Mixu and Yogis teams were a lot better in terms of results, and that CC Is pretty much on par with the Duffster( officially the worst in our History ) it would be interesting to see how he compares with Bobbys team ?

kinda like comparing tooth Ache and ear Ache Both horible to suffer and go through:top marks

CC Has double the wins Yogi had in last 28 games that is his saving grace, he is clinging on by his finger nails, but he said he feels no pressure ????????

His position is untenable. A disaster of epic proportions only surpassed by Jim Duffy. However, given time....

McNeill got brought in midway through January 1998 and a couple of weeks later, Duffy was sacked.

They were only at the club together for two matches, the 2-1 defeat to Raith Rovers and the 6-2 defeat to Motherwell, which was Duffy's last match in charge.

Then McNeill was in sole charge for the defeat at Pittodrie then gave up.

This part stuck out for me....
"We look weak in one or two areas and, unless improvement comes, it'll take longer than I thought."

now Colin you've had most of these players since Jan, apart from the summer arrivals excluding Towell, so most of them have been under your training methods, your tactics, your fitness regimes, for a wee while now, but still no improvement, either the players are gash (debateable) or you're gash at managing them and getting your ideas across.
I would think that you're a sensible bloke and that you realise that time is most definitley not on your side, but how long do you actually need to get Hibs playing in a decent way?
how long is this improvement going to take?

Past couple of months I've had to worry how much longer I'm gonna be in a job if things at the firm don't pick up.

I'm sick fed up of this **** seemingly safe in his job when I wouldnae trust him to walk the ****ing dog.

**** paying £60 a time for such a shocking day away. **** that, Petrie, Colin, GTF. ****ing pisstakers.

We lost Eddie last season, I'm ashamed what they're doing to his football club. ****ing ashamed.
