Not sure about the best place - but I've watched the fireworks from Ferry Road and had a good view...(think it was the Hogmany firework display actually, but I assume the Festival ones will also be from the castle?) - Or is this part of the IM shindig?:rolleyes:

NOT up corstorphine hill anyway! I went up there and all you could see after the first few fireworks was smoke as the wind was blowing towards the hill
