It's not just the sun either. Some of those Celtic fans are holding up green cards and that grass in front of the house is green too. And that boy pitch-forking the grass looks a bit like the terrorist in the other picture.

No idea what the smellies are getting at with "New Dawn, Same Passion" .

The Celtic fans aren't usually very subtle when making a political statement so doubt it has any connection to the other image you've posted.
