Last I heard he was playing for Viking Stavanger in Norway but that was 4-5 years ago. I was working out there for a while but no one had heard of him. Don't think he's the answer.

Ah ok, playing for the sheep rings a bell. More evidence we should be go nowhere near him.

I could be wrong but I think the sheep were quite keen to keep him on but he elected to take a move abroad, Cyprus rings a bell.

Most likely I'm talking nonsense though.

think it was McGhee who signed him for the Sheep, he made his debut at ER and got sent off after ten minutes if i mind right!

Could be the answer but i'd rather we went for quality and proven in the SPL. Not a player who could be decent. Is McNamee not a right back, hes on a free as well better choice than Ross. But theln again very bargin basement, Big back HKT

Was Kevin McCann really not good / fit enough for Hibs?

Seems a sad loss, we are awfully short at RB and I liked the wee man, hard as nails and a real shame he never had a longer career at Hibs........

How hard can it be to find a decent RB........

did he not take part in that "pay for a trial" scheme at East Stirling or Stirling Albion and got a deal?
Way too good to play there, I think there must be a serious doubt about his knee or someone would have taken a chance

I smell windup but then again, Maloney does look like Ross from a distance.

 Still don't get why he'd be in a Hibs Tracksuit. Not "famously" one of us is he? If he was training with us, times must be hard if going home in the club training gear was beeter than the clobber he was in.

Could of done with a player of Maurice Ross's calibre today, would have kept it tight at the back.

Gala Foxes
14-08-2011, 04:36 PM
would have thought that with the money he has "earned" out of football he would'nt need to resort to getting a train in a Hibs tracksuit

Surely it would be an Armani tracksuit & traveling in a "bling" American Super-truck ?
