I read that Chelsea, Real Madrid and that team all had bids accepted. I think it was on the BBC sport page, I can't recall if it was just the gossip column though so could have been bollocks.

I read elsewhere that Chelsea had a 20 million + bid rejected in January.

He'll sign for Madrid and then disappear into obscurity in the next 5 years like most Brazilian's that make their money in Europe. :greengrin
