It has taken long enough!

This has be rattling round the papers forever, I wonder if I would get the same grace if I was found to be fiddling my taxes?! In any event, I am sure if they turn over the big huns it wont be wrong till they are round at the bus shelter.

Don't think it works that way.

HMRC would have needed a decree in the Sheriff Court before they were able to send along a Sheriff's Officer. Unless I've missed it, I don't think that's happened.

Yet :greengrin

No decree is needed at this stage for an asset evaluation. It's just simply a note taking exercise.

The poster says its nothing to do with the tribunal case so its probably some PAYE bills Murray's people left around unpaid when they were emptied.

A few hundred grand should be loose change to a Multi-Billionair like Whyte. :greengrin:greengrin
