Alfreton Town 14-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Even if that was their 3rd string team out, that's a disgrace to the name of the club!

The report said the result was against the run of play.

I have to say i read that the wrong way round at first and wondered what the point was...obviously my eye / brain could not accept it as 14 - 0 rather than 0-14

Read the second line of the OP.

Ahh right ok, I've got it now!

When you think about it though, the third string of a team in League One probably should lose against the first team of a club that is only two divisions below them. The Sheffield Wednesday players were probably all about 16 and 17 years old and they would have been up against guys about 10-15 years older than them.

Whether they should have lost 14-0 though is another matter.
