Hibernian TV renewal question

My Hibs tv account is due to expire in about 3 weeks time.

If I was to renew my annual subscription today would my new subscription be apended to this (ie I will have one year and 3 weeks in total).

Or would my new expiry date be one year from today - meaning I lose 3 weeks?

I was unaware mine had expired until the automatic years renewal was charged to my mastercard.
