Anyone aware of protests or what's going on in and around Festival square today, all day vans full of cops sitting around seemingly waiting for 'something'

The footage on Reporting Scotland was surreal. Deadpan voiceover while people with fake polar bear heads were shown entering, in and leaving the building :greengrin
