Well not quite because I have never raced her but need to name her now to register as a thoroughbred broodmare with Weatherbys. Sire- Bal Harbour, Dam- Nuit de Lune. Stable name for reasons, has always been--Psycho-babe which she answers to
Also filly foal of this un-named dame--father- Nawader-k/a Wolly. Don't know what the arabic word/name Nawader means and have never been able to find out per Google
Any suggestions --could be a word association game!

Turnbull?
What have I ever done to have a cuddy named after me????
Personally I would go for Bal-Lune

Simple and quite nice but in the pending tray--bit like naming your house after shortened versions of your children's names. Thanks though

Would I need the permission of the family to use such a thing though---sounds a bit masculine

Port Au Clair De Lune
Like this but there is a limit to the letters allowed which I will investigate

Moon Harbour
Or perhaps Harbour Moon. Would still like a bit of French in it to continue the French line. Wanted L'une et L'autre but the name is already taken and remarkably taken by someone naming the first foal I sold out of the same mare

Lune et Tune
Saw this last night and could have sworn it said Lune Tune but could have been the wine. Love the 'et' and reminded me of Loony Tunes which would pay homage to the Yankie side of the family. Going for this for the mare but Monday is my deadline so all late entries will be considered, and then there is the foal which would mean Lune et Tune/Nawader?
