Just saw the BBC report on John Spencer being the star of a TV advert in the US.

His team, the Portland Timbers, has a cracking home strip!

There was a thread about that kit a while ago, which led to a mock-up of the same kit with our badge, sponsor, etc., which in turn led to someone posting a thread with said mock-up as the 'leaked new Hibs kit'.

Funny stuff.

Would look much better with a couple of slopey stripes and two different colours of green.

Superb top. I googled Portland Timbers as soon as I saw it. Noticed that as ever, the BBC led with an Old Firm perspective, when in reality Spencer did hee-haw in that team and had his best days in a Chelsea strip. He is no fan of RFC now either.

Would it be ok to fly an American flag at ER even though it's red, white and blue?

See that now that I changed the brightness setting! Looks far more subtle than ours mind and also looks better done vertically. And it's Adidas!

I think we used to play in a shirt not unlike that some years ago.

Before the marketing riff-raff got involved.
