Blackberry problems

my signal at the top right hand corner now has "GSM" while before it was "EDGE" . On GSM I can no longer use any of my blackberry features. I have no idea how it has changed as I did not press anything. Anyone know how to get back to "EDGE"?

It either means you are in a low signal area our your provider (I assume orange) has disabled the blackberry services on your sim. You will have to call them to have it reenabled. Happens all the time with the blackberrys I support at work
