Cheapo p*ss stained primark top that has been dried for too long on a clothes horse in front of a three bar fire. Truly honking.

The legibility of the name, even the number is pretty awful, surprised that's allowed.

It probably is, I just seen this on another forum and it said away kit.

As much as i hate to say it the above kit is actually quite smart.

At the risk of praising something Rantic, that strip is actually very smert IMO

Think that says more about you than the top to be honest :greengrin

That top is a shocker though although I'll hold my hands up and say the away top's pretty smart.

So which is which? The celtic website says that tiger effort is the "international away"

So their Third European kit then I guess. And the fact that they can't turn up in their Away against us...

At the risk of sounding like I believe in conspiracies  I wonder if Celtic deliberately get green/white away tops designed to clash with Hibs as an excuse to have some sort of channel 5 testing card-style money-spinning excuse for a third kit?

They're both bogging. Grey and white hoops with green sleeves? Really? Don't get me started on the yellow monstrosity.

I'm pretty sure you need a third strip for playing in europe.

The 3rd strip is not unlike the Man U goalie top from last night, just a bit stripier!

Did we have a third kit when we played Maribor/Dnipro?

Noticed that both the keeeprs tops had that stripey carry-on going on, no doubt a flash-in-the-pan Nike template (similar gear that Del Potro has been wearing in the tennis anaw) that will be consigned to most disgusting footy strips ever

I know. But was the third kit intended for Europe? We wore mint and green against Maribor and IIRC the yellow kit came out when we played Celtic at some point?

I'm not trying to be pedantic; just wondering if Europe is an excuse for a third kit or whether it's compulsory to have a third kit "for Europe."

Seems a bit odd to me.

Don't get me started on our away tops.

This is what happens when you get a bunch of wee idiots starting a "bring back the bumbles" campaign, which saw us wear a hideous strip in some of our most humiliating defeats in recent memory. Some facless corporate then feels like they make a connection with the fans and we get landed with another dayglo abomination.

This latest effort is another piss poor offering from Nike, who IMO have managed to come up with two good away kits and one good home kit.

Having said that, the Spinach Curry vomit one with the Peoples sponsor from 91/92 and the Darth Vadar tanktop one from 94 to 96 (although this did appear in a great 4-0 humbling of you guys at ER in December 1995 :greengrin) are still much worse than this eyesore.

Add to the fact that our famous hoops have had two of the worst "Beers" known to mankind splashed across them really does grate.

Simply a reflection of a society at large where it seems taste and style are viewed as concepts that are to be consigned to history.

Sammy and Glenda not getting to wear any of said strips would be a consolation though.
