Guys,

Seen a flat here I like but don't know anybody who lives in it or near it. Whats the area like? I know for buses it's good with 7,10 and 16 going past.

Any info very helpful
Cheers

Parking can be tricky but generally a pretty good area I would say.

I live on Hawthornvale

At the top of Hawthornvale you can catch the 7 or 11.

At the bottom of Hawthornvale you can catch the 10,11 or 16.

It's a decent area. At the moment the new Sculpture Workshop building is in the process of being built. Should be another couple of years until it's done. Once finished it should look pretty good.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare.

24 hour Asda is 5 minutes walk.

If you're on the third floor you should have a cracking view (i do).

What this man says :agree:

Sadly a lot of the soul has been taken out Newhaven recently but it's still a cracking place to stay. 5 minutes from the beautiful Victoria Park.

I would put my name to it:greengrin
