Not that we won many this season but what figure (or % of wages) do you think Hibs pay players for win bonuses?
For a bonus point do you think that clubs should dock part of players wages if they lose a match? Same amount of £'s as the win bonus.

Think the unions would have a field day if wages were docked for losing points.....

What about lower basic wages and higher bonuses, some incentive for the players

Might make them at least look as if they are trying. It's the way forward.

Hibs do pay win bonuses and in particular they make a huge difference to the pay packets of the younger guys.

A long time ago now but thats what Mclean done at Dundee Utd. Said players could almost make the same as OF players with a huge win bonus. Everybody wins
Different times but would like to see football return to that sort of wage. Make the most on appearances and win bonuses

Well it wouldn't have made much difference spread over a season. :wink:
