You would think that the players concerned would be giving 100% if they really wanted to stay at ER and persuade the Management into offering improved terms or extended contracts.
It doesn't look that way right now and it's having an effect on the overall performance of the team.
Roll on next season and a fresh start with players who really do want to play for the jersey.
