Apparentley Higdon is suspended for this game, 2nd game of a 2 match ban.
Hopefully see, whatever the team, a more up tempo game from Hibs, and hopefully a few more shots from areas around the box

Main change for me is Palsson out. Riordan played left for the most of last season and seemed to have a far greater impact on games than he has done this year. I would start with Vaz Te up front, if we get another performance like last week, or against Aberdeen then I would bring Nish on.

Ultimately I think that, whatever the side is, if we can score more goals than the saints in the 90 minutes, we can go on to take all three points from this encounter.

Can see divis getting a go now but i can't see calderwood sticking to the team that played hamilton after what we saw.

Maybe give rankin one more chance to prove himself or a game to say goodbye and bring in Murray for young Towell who made a couple of mistakes against the accies. Bring Duffy in after Sodje's horror clearence header.
Predicted score 2-1 Hibs

I doubt there will be many surprises in the line up but if I was in an experimenting mood (which I am ) then i'd go with.

Haha not in a minute, a goals tally not the minute. I could never predict the time aswell. :aok:
They will all get 1 goal each

Does anyone really care? The team played last week like they were on holiday and its hard to picture anyting different on an Easter Sunday.
We could see about 7,000 or less at this game. The split is rubbish when the main issues are dealt with.

I am a fan of Wotherspoon, think he's brilliant but he'll probably be dropped to the bench. Murray to be brought back in the squad.
I'm going for 2-1 Hibs. Vaz Te and Riordan. Palsson to lay off them both.
Man of the Match: (Wouldn't surprise me if it was Booth) but I'm going for Riccardo Vaz Te.

Don't want to get into an argument so I won't say if I agree or disagree with you, but for my money if this prediction turns out to be true then you'll almost certainly be right.

4-4-2 without riordan. He's no longer quick enough for us, and the number of chances he's had recently with no goals has been ridiculous.
I still think Vaz Te is good enough, play him in the Riordan role, coming in from the left.
Sodje is getting better too, 4 goals is it he's got now?
Wotherspoon will hopefully get better, he's been playing well this season for the most part.
Stevenson is getting a new contract so why not play him?
If dickoh isnt getting a new deal then let stevens take over, like for like swap.
3-1 hibs with Sodje, Booth and Miller scoring for us, Higdon scores for Saints.

You never know, Rankin might get one chance to prove himself before the end and i think duffy might just get a game. I never said i hoped for that line up but as calderwood says all the time, the team are beginning to get tired of playing every match and looking at the transformation of Liam Miller from the new boys around him who is to say that the others can't improve with them aswell.
Frankly i never liked rankin but i can see him getting a one more game before the season ends and everyone has to admit Sodje's clearance was absolutely terrible although after i thought about it a bit more, that was really the only part of the game he did something completely wrong.
With us being in the bottom six this year, its not like we are playing for anything really except seventh so might be a good chance for calderwood to do some testing
