reading this (http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11781_6858141,00.html) Sky news article sounds like his future is not Green and white

His recent past has scarcely been green and white either. No great loss.

Aye, sounds like he's definitely been told that he won't be staying. Another decision of Calderwood's that I agree entirely with.

Agree with what's been said but can't help wondering whether things might have turned out differently - for him and us - if he hadn't broken his foot at the start of the season.

Agree with you there and I think at that point in time he would have made a difference had he been fit... but longer term we are looking for better.

Calderwood should have plenty room to manoeuvre in the summer certainly.

Good luck to the guy, and it could be argued he was never given his chance, but signings like that have been indicative of everything that was wrong at ER since Mowbray left.

No more short-arsed underachievers please.

Too little too late.

His signings of Power, Tosh and McQuilken took us to the 1st division.

Let's hope he ends up at the yams.

Hear, hear. We demand tall underachievers in future.

It's been proven that combining a musical career with football never works.

With a voice that's been compared to a Welsh Amy Winehouse or Dusty Springfield he should focus on that alone :agree:

Never ever thought someone with webbed feet would make it as a footballer anyway.

Waste of a wage. Should've been punted when he picked up his injury, ta yogi.

Can't say I'm surprised and doubt you will find many on here who don't agree with CC.

We did sign him until the end of the season and couldn't just rip up the contract. Perhaps Yogi should have looked into the future and saw he would injure himself in training, and saved us the wage?:dunno:
