I've known Joe for years and always enjoyed being in his company. Tales of Hibs and a droll and great sense of humour were always in evidence.

RIP Joe, you'll be missed

A great Hibby (yet another one gone before their time) and a gentleman. A keen student of the history of the club & I know from my own involvement that Joe was instrumental in the setting up of the Hibernian Historical Trust & I understand he was heavilly involved with the hard work that culminated just last Friday in the club being presented with the co-founder's bust (sadly, Joe couldn't be there).

RIP Joe.

First time I've posted on here for months.

But, sad news, Joe was a decent guy who wore his heart on his sleeve with his love of his team. He had a long hard battle with his health problems and kept on fighting back at that most evil of diseases.

RIP.

Remember him doing his thing in the Famous Five Stand, seemed to know everybody and everybody held him in great affection. The world is a slightly less well off place without him.

RIP Joe, and condolences to those close to you.
