Are there many Hibs fans heading down for the Brazil game?

There's 45 of us leaving from the Four in Hand at 2:30am on Sunday. Pre-coach party from 8 if anyone wants to drop by for a karaoke sing song and a pint!

My cousin is flying to Bristol tonight.

Hibbywise it is me, him and my Dad all going from the Westcountry.

Love the Easter Road TA flag BTW.

Mine is a wee one that says Tartan Exiles BATH, look out for us.

just to let you know getting about tomoz epesh in westmister, house o parly, embankment, trafalgar sq areas will be a nightmare as there is a massive TUC (anti cuts) march on. they reckon it could be as big as anti iraq march years ago that had million people at it.

I wasn't planning on going but my plans have changed so i could go, think there will be tickets available outside the ground?

Tube travel planned closures shouldn't affect those going to the game

And Scotland's favourite paper will help boost the party by handing out free beach balls and Saltire BIKINIS to the Tartan Army when The Scottish Sun bus hits London.

This bit in particular has the potential to go either way. I'm not saying there aren't a fine selection of braw lassies in the TA (well, actually............... :greengrin) but I don't know if stoating about London in a bikini on what is forecast to be a dry but cool/cloudy day may not cast them in their best light...........

And heaven help us all if the "rotund" TA guys get into the "bikini" spirit with too much gusto!!!

If there's any left that is. There's only a very few sections in the Upper tier that aren't showing up as "sold out" online. I don't know how Arsenal do it though - were all 60,000 odd tickets made available online, or do you reckon some have been held back for over-the-counter sales at the Arseonal TO?

If I was in the position of WPJ, I'd bite the bullet and book tickets online to avoid disappoitment

Anyone know where the main gathering point is for Scotland fans before the game?

Got tickets to get into Drayton Arms, Highbury at 10am, theres quite a few big pubs in the area but demand is likely to exceed supply as the brazilians always drink far too much far too early before games.

Did the same when I was 16 in 1986 when we got beat 2-1, got in London at 7:30am half pissed, bought another carry out about 11.00 after having a wee walk about and played football in trafalgar square.

My pal was absolutely steaming and fell asleep on a bench, woke him up about 6 and started to head for the game. Got on the tube to discover the idiot had lost his ticket!!!!

We headed back to Trafalgar square to see if we could buy a spare one with no luck (IIRC we only had 15000 tickets) but found his ticket under the bench he'd been sleeping on. :greengrin

Back on the tube right after the game to the bus station and back in Edinburgh for 7:00 the next morning, a very memorable 36 hours.

It should be law that 16 year olds should experience days like that. :greengrin

There was a kick about outside the Emirates Stadium that looked promising until one of the players in blue lumped the ball over the big fence.

There was another game on inside the ground later but nobody in the blue team got a kick at the ball so that game lasted a bit longer.
