Why do players play totally different than what they did with us? Hes bombing forward and looks good in the process! Can't remember him even crossing the halfway line for us lol

Maybe something to do with the managers he played under.
He is going forward but his final ball isnt great. It was the same at the weekend gainst the Huns.

he always seemed to have good games against Driver. He's maybe still in DVZ's pocket as we haven't seen him in a while...

DVZ got forward when he played for us, it was his defending that let him down.

It wasn't always the case that players blossomed when free of ER.

It does seem to have been so in the last couple of years.

only listened to the game on the radio but had exactly the same thought when i heard his name mentioned several times (was for forward play / good crosses). agree that certain players must thrive in certain environments (deek? nid?) but strange nonetheless

He played well today. Well done. He was playing in front of the cameras for a semi final {scottish cup) place.

9 times out of ten he is terrible. His positional sense is poor. his tackling is average and his passing is dire. He was rubbish at hibs and we were right to get rid. Lets not forget he is a defender for the SPL's second worst team

I agree.

Quite like towell but he will go back to smeltic. I am confident we will find decent replacements though. Calderwood knows where we are lacking. He also knows where he will find players good enough to compete in the spl
