Game is off but the sfa still need to do an inspection, that's what I was told by hibs.

Not my logic, just passing on the word from hibs at that time. But you could tell at 6am the game would be off without having to have a pitch inspection

Was just curious to why the SFA has to have a pitch inspection if it's obviously bad - standard procedure maybe but waste of money for expenses etc ?

:agree: erseholes. Nae sense or logic. They should concentrate on sorting out the procedure where games are called off less than an hour before ko.

The real reason it's off is that they had double booked the pitch and the students had a lacrosse game and since the yams are only renting the place they had to change their plans. :greengrin

It's just as well the game is off as it would have affected the attendance for the game against Villa :wink:
