Wait a minute, this can't be true. I read that he was signing for the BIG team on Kickback a couple of months ago.

Boyd comes across at the sort that you could strike in the face with a hammer for a week and only stop cos you feel sorry for the hammer. iMO both him and Katy were the embodiment of der Hun for their time. Self important classes pr*cks, found out at the first " step-down".

I can't say I'm not happy about this! :agree: Earnshaw must be on the way out now for sure.

I just hope Boyd now knows what it takes to make it in the Championship.

Well he hasn't shown it at Borough!

He will be back up the road with his tail between his legs, playing for the huns very soon.

Always questions about whether Boyd would be good enough to step up a level.

Now they've been answered - he isn't.

He's got a goal scorer's instinct but simply hasn't applied himself enough.

While it is probably fair to label Boyd with that, Thomson has had 2 leg breaks so IMO not fair to say he isnt capable of playing at that level. Personally think he is.

Couldn't afford him.

Good enough to play for Rangers at the top of the SPL, Jim, but not NEARLY as good as he thinks he is.

Don't wish injury on anyone, but he's financially secure now - his mum will have her wee hoose and all that - and if it had come about another way, his lack of real success at Ibrox and Boro wouldn't bother me at all.

IMO the shenanigans with him and Brown were what kippered Collins' chance of a successful time at ER.
