I think it's disgusting given it's the BBC and is funded by traditional license payers. However the channel is only viewable on Satellite / Cable. BBC wanted to gauge it's popularity before funding freeview. I think that's a disgrace, it's not like they are a satellite company, they are meant to bring affordable TV to the masses but they are channeling it to those who can afford satellite, I can't.
