Had the camera along today, got lucky with Booths goal (96-101). Plenty of the crowd/flags etc. There is a zoom facility on the online viewing if you want to look for yourself or anyone you know.

They really make you feel like you're on the pitch! Many thanks.

Missed game today as I was in France. Those pics looked brilliant. Especially for Booths goal. How much things can change in a month. I was low as it gets after the Ayr game. Not getting a season ticket again and really wanting to give up. But the last month has changed that. Role in season 2011/12!!!!

These pics are brilliant. Impressive shots of Booths goal. What kind of camera do you have? I find a lot of digital cameras are slow at letting you take shots in a row quickly.
The club would probably love some of those shots, especially the goals.
I did find myself playing "spot the ball" for both. The ball goes flying up for the second and you can really see the deflection it took from your pics.

Thanks for those.

Judging by the deflection at the second goal, the shoe-waving and how long it is since we won 4 games in a row, I'd say it's gotta be a Nikon D60.

Terrific photographs! It can be difficult to get the best out of spectating at a game while at the same time capturing good photo images of the action. Thanks for making these available to look at.

Particularly like the one where Booth's shot is hitting the net and he is spinning away in celebration. Also liked the one at the end after the final whistle with ten Hibs players still on the field plus CC.

Excellent shots as ever.

I'd love to know how you managed to get a D60 into the stadium, however, let alone use it throughout the game with, evidently, no objections. :cool2:

Are cameras not allowed into the ground? Are people searched before going in to ER?

Stewards will turn a blind eye to camera phones and compact/bridge cameras as the photos are of a lower quality and images are unlikely to attract commercial interest. However anyone with an SLR with a high power zoom lens is normally politely told by a steward that they cannot use the camera to take action photos of the game due to copyright rules and only licenced press photographers are allowed to do this.

I'm taking my Dad to hospitality soon. I specifically asked about cameras, and was told there would be no problem. TBF, I will be taking pics of the event rather than the game, but it is a difficult area.

I was sitting by the aisle in the middle section and did not get any bother off the stewards who were up and down the aisle on a regular basis. I am aware of the copyright issues regarding the use of SLR cameras, and as such only take along to special occasions like Green Day, last day of East Stand etc.

I would not suggest that anybody should take such cameras to games though. I take the occasional chance and have a large pocket on my coat to "smuggle" the camera in as I have never once been searched enetering the West.

Thanks to all those that spend a few moments sharing their pics!

Travelled to US on Saturday, tiring 24hour total journey...didn't know the score until yesterday, so to finally check scores & read we have won & then see such pictures and how great ER looks with more fans in it, is fantastic :flag:
