Hi folks,

I am currently studying at college and carrying out an investigation into depression in Scotland. I have drafted a brief survey and would be grateful if people could complete this to give me a sample of responses to deal with. This is purely voluntary, but I would be grateful for your help. As the investigation is to do with Scotland, I will only request responses from anyone based here. If you live further afield, there is no need for you to be involved.

Please note that the survey is completely confidential and no reference will be made to individuals in my final report. If anyone has any queries, please PM me.

Finally, if you do decide to complete my survey, thank you very much for your participation.

I appreciate this may well be the wrong forum for this request and, if so, would be grateful if one of the admins could move this to the correct place.

Cheers

There's a problem with the question structure, you're advised to go to question 7 if you answer question 1 as no but then have to go back and answer earlier questions because they're compulsory.

Let's be honest... It's just a quick survey to find out how fickle we all are and to see who selected 'other' on question 10 and wrote White Scottish!

All joking aside, just finished it mate.

Lazy bassa! Get out the bar at the student union and ask the public for their answers.

I did but it defeats the purpose of telling me to go to question 7 when there's compulsory questions before hand.

It was just an observation and if there's a more comprehensive survey in future might help with structuring of that one.

I will take a look but I am more interested in what the findings will be used for. There is a host of activities being done around depresssion, mental health, recovery, stigma and suicide prevention in Scotland - be good if you could share your findings with them.
