Excellent. Had forgotten Jim Scott's funny walk. Also not before seen footage of Willie Hamilton's goal (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3Z0Qa7sjDg&NR=1) from behind the bye-line 6 years later. Breathe in the asbestos! Utoob is a wonderful thing.

Thanks for posting that. Brilliant quality picture for that era. My first ever away game was the year before at Tynecastle when Baker scored all 4 in a 4-3 win. He was a remarkable player on £10 a week when he left us.

We didn't have a telly in these days and I went to a neighbour on a Saturday? night to see the highlights, with legends like Crampsey and Montford commentating. Were they the good old days? In some ways perhaps they were.:greengrin

Another Hibs legend playing in that game, unless I'm mistaken - Hearts' #7, one Gordon Smith?

Thanks for the Baker goals, though, mate. :agree:

Willie Hamilton as I remember him in his pomp.

"Willie was frightened of big Jock" - I believe you, Paddy; I think Stein, sadly, was the only man who could regularly get Willie onto a football pitch in a fit state to play football.

Willie looked as thought he'd blow away in the wind, but what a player. That wee clip of the derby shows what Real Madrid missed when they signed Puskas instead of Willie. My, that brings back memories.
