Is homosexuality actually a capital offence in Uganda, i.e., is the killing done by the state?

One of the complaints about Uganda is that gay rights activists are being murdered. Do they even have gay rights activists in the countries listed above? According to Ahmedinejad, there are no homosexuals in Iran. :faf:
