Hibs have been running the same course, the 2nd course starts this week and all the fans who attended the first course lost weight. I lost 2 stones :wink: it is all about re-evaluating your eating and drinking habits, along with exercise. It was a great course and the staff running it put in one helluva lot of work :agree:
